Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Engage in daily walk throughs for new clients looking for work, existing client
relationship meetings, past client relationship maintenance
- Analyze, monitor, and prepare cost exposure reports and cash flow projections on your
projects to maintain comprehensive budgets
- Monitors and maintain construction schedules
- Manages daily staff assignments and participates in daily/weekly staff meetings.
- Assists in the preparation of all bid packages and manages the bid process.
- Solicit, evaluate, and select the architect, sub-consultants and subcontractors
- Process submittals, requests for information, shop drawings, substitution requests, change
proposals and change orders.
- Set and manage clients' requests in a timely manner, resolve issues, including the
escalation of issues that are outside of the project team’s scope of responsibility with
management as needed.
- Ensure procurement log is completed daily by your field staff
- Ensure procurement appropriate materials required are on schedule to arrive with
appropriate lead times
- Handle phone calls and scheduling for jobs
- Attend public events or meeting as needed on behalf of the owner/company
- Attending shows a couple of weekends each year
- Ability to work independently and solve problems with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email. (Preferably Gmail)

- Carpenters will work on small and large projects and are expected to bring the skills and knowledge to take a project from Demolition to finish.
- Knowledge of residential construction and remodeling trades, practices, procedures, techniques, tools and equipment, materials, specifications, quality control, cost control, and safety.
- Mathematical skills and analytical skills necessary to do material estimates.
- Onsite overview of projects – Providing sub-contractors with exact work scope and carry out benchmark inspections of onsite work per company installation methods.
- Be responsible for the efficient and profitable use of the company’s time, manpower and materials on each project as included in project estimate sheets.
